I had some free time these days so I decided to create a new theme. I wasn’t sure at the beginning how I would want it to look like, I only knew that I wanted it to be on the whole screen with a hidden navigation. I started doing it and then I just went with the flow. I never imagined that it would turn out so pretty. I swear, it’s one of my best creations. I tried to keep it simple and easy to navigate. You know how they say, less is more. *One cool thing I’ve noticed. If you make the browser window smaller, the lovemore title will make it’s transition to a smaller size in an amazing way. It’s so cool to watch. Don’t judge me, I’m excited about the little things in life * . Also check out the quotes. I changed them because I found some really inspiring new ones. I am a quotes addict if you don’t know.

As I said in my last blog, in Romania have been protests against our current government because they wanted to give a law to legalize corruption. Last week I participated in the protests. I don’t have the words to say how proud I am of my country and how inventive Romanian people are. Last week at 9 pm everyone in the square turned on the flashlight on their phones at the same time. Seen from above it’s a breathtaking view:

Last night, people created a human flag, can you believe it? I wish I was there. Again, the view from above was outstanding:

These protests gave me hope and taught me how important it is to fight for what is right, for what you believe in and for a better life. I hope everything will turn out OK for our little country.

Last week, was also my birthday. It was a really nice day and I decided that I was going to take some time for myself and do everything that makes me happy. It turned out better than I expected. It’s incredible how fast time goes by. It seems like yesterday I was turning eighteen and now I am twenty two. Can you imagine? I still don’t get used to the idea that I am an adult.

Also, my parents decided to buy me a new phone. I am so happy, because I told them that I would want a new one last year, in the summertime, but they kept postponing it because we had more important expenses. I agreed with that and I told them that it’s OK, I can be patient because it’s not urgent. I never imagined that they would buy it for me now, I was expecting this to happen somewhere in May or June. They actually wanted to surprise me, but they don’t know how to be subtle. I was sending my father some links with the phone I want in the past weeks and I left him a message on Facebook a few days ago telling him that I don’t like the black version and that the gold one is prettier. In the morning he left me a message saying “It’s beautiful. You wantt it?????????????”. When I saw the message I was like, “Is it possible that he will buy me the phone? Nah … he said I have to have more patience”, but I called him anyway and I made a joke about him buying it. And then he told me that he actually meant it and that he will do it this week. But before all this he and my mother talked about hiding this from me so they could surprise me. Yeah, it went very well *lol*. Anyways, I will get the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Titanium Silver. Tomorrow will arrive and I am so excited about it. Sincerely I am more excited to give my current phone to my mother so she could finally be able to discover the power of a smartphone (my current phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition). Yey for mom <3. This week I plan on relaxing and taking care of myself because I managed to get a throat infection and then I will start studying. I have my cardiology exam at the end of February so I must get into it. I will leave a few questions here for you, just to make this more interesting.

1. What phone do you have?
2. What is your dream phone and why?
3. Apple or Samsung? Why?

Take care and have an amazing day. And don’t forget spread love and be kind <3. Love you all <3

Those protests look amazing. Politics in the US having been looking crazy too, so we’ve been having peaceful protests here too. I know things like this have been happening for a long time, but this is the first time that I am around to really experience it. Previous times, I don’t think I was mature enough to really fathom the importance of speaking up. Here’s to making a difference!!!

Happy Belated Birthday!
That was nice of your parents to still surprise you with the cell. I too have a Samsung. I currently have a Samsung 6, and I love it, but will hopefully upgrade in September for my birthday. I just need to pay off this phone. I love smart phones, sadly I don’t think I could live without it. XD

Awe ! Thank you so much ! I’m really happy with how the layout turned out ! Only took me like forever to complete it !

Those protest pictures are stunning ! Proud of you that you were able to stand of for something. I think I totally would have done the same thing, pending on how many people were there, I hate crowds! Did they say how many people showed up for it ?

Yay for a new phone ! Its always so exciting. What was the old phone that you had before?

1) I have a Iphone 6
2) I think my dream phone would be an Iphone SE, with more then 16GB I use to have am Iphone 4, I loved how small it was. The new OS takes up so much room, I have like 10 GB for literally nothing.
3) For sure Apple, my husband had a Samsung and it would always crap out on him, I find the iPhone more user friendly.

Your new theme looks great, and your mobile designs are really clean *~* I love making responsive themes too but it takes so much more time and for the last few I’ve made I just leave them as desktop/static sites.

I hope that your country doesn’t legalize corruption >< That is awful! It seems like the same thing is happening here in America.. although I am more content with what's happening here. I hope everyone is safe in your country <3

Happy belated birthday and *yay* for getting a new phone!!! I'm happy you had a great birthday.. and I'm still getting used to the idea of being an adult too XD I think that as we age, our inhibitions start to dwindle and we become more care free, despite the increase of responsibilities. <3

Oh I love this theme! Its so pretty! And the text the way it changes size, haha its so cool!

Also happy birthday! Relax and try to take care of yourself! Congrats on the phone!

1. What phone do you have?: A Moto
2. What is your dream phone and why?: I’d love an iPhone, but likely won’t happen.
3. Apple or Samsung? Why?: Well I like Apple, but they’re so expensive!

I remember studying history back in college, especially with (Eastern) Europe post-WWII. Romania is one of those countries who have been through so many struggles, with the eventual highlight of ousting a menacing dictator out of the ruling seat with the power of the people. Those are beautiful shots you posted. Thank you for sharing them.

I also love your new theme. It’s very clean and simple and very easy to the eyes. Probably my favorite one of your themes so far. 😀

Regardless of the phone, I have a cheap HTC Desire 530, mainly because it was the only phone cheap enough for me to afford. It was more of an emergency purchase because my phone before that (HTC One M8) suddenly died on me and the battery won’t charge anymore. I didn’t have the money to buy anything equal of value or function to the M8, therefore I went lower. Frankly, I love how stable the phone is, however, the only thing that isn’t stable is the battery. I have to charge it pretty much every single day. It’s annoying.

I don’t really have a dream phone. I just want a phone that serves the best purpose for me. Although, I want the camera feature to have a panoramic mode so I can take long scenic photos. My M8 has it and my current HTC Desire has it too. I have gotten used to using Android phones so I don’t really care about iPhones (the rest of my family are iPhone people). A Samsung phone would be nice, but not exactly considered my “dream phone.”

I have a iPhone 5s and love it. I don’t understand why I haven’t used or even tried Apple before and I have no problems or big ones as of yet. I love all the designs and cases for it. I love the platform better than Android. I came from a Nexus 5 and I don’t miss it at all. I’m glad I went to Apple and I will stay.

The new theme is GORGEOUS!! =D
I heard about the protest; knowing a bit how Romania was back in the ’80-90s and earlier during Cold War times, it’s really heart-warming and amazing to see Romanian people stand up like that. 🙂

1. I have a 2-years-old HTC Desire 500; it’s pretty crappy, with 4GB space (I have a 8GB card for my photos). Apps often crash and don’t work, and when they do I always see “phone is full, free some space” messages….yet I have less than the minimum.

2. I’d love to have an iPhone 6 or a Sony Experia – any model – the first to sync my iPad and MacBook and iOS apps are better and more, the second because its price and specs fit my needs and because it looks cool. :p

3. I don’t really have a preference, I think both are amazing (I have an iPad, but my next tablet is probably gonna be a Samsung or any Android brand): Apple gives you more app, has a longer life and comes with more accessories; Samsung/Android is more reliable and can be customized more than Apple.

I love your new theme, it’s so soft and beautiful!! Politics here in the US are looking pretty bad lately, there have been a lot of protests and marches as well. None quite as beautiful as the ones you’ve posted though! I hope things get better in your country.

1) I have an iPhone 6S.
2) Uhmmm, I don’t really have one. I like Apple phones (I am one of those people who has all Apple products) so really any newer Apple phone when my phone finally dies lol.
3) I think they’re both good in their own ways! It’s really a matter of preference. I switched to Apple from Droid after I had issues with my phone’s screen (it was a plastic screen and would click things by itself due to a malfunction in the touch sensitivity), but now that they’re mostly made of glass I don’t think I would have the same issues. I’ve gotten used to Apple and since I have an iPad and a Macbook I like the ability to have my text messages/documents/photos/songs etc., synced automatically. I’m not opposed to either brand though, I don’t really understand the “brand war” lol!

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I love your current blog theme. It’s gorgeous <3

Those photos are completely awesome, by the way! As messed up and shitty as our society is right now all over the world, it's amazing to see people coming together.

I currently have a Galaxt S6 right now, but am considering forcing an upgrade to either an iPhone 6S or a Galaxy s7 edge. I haven't decided between the two. I'm not opposed to either apple or samsung honestly. The last 4 phones I've had have been samsung, so I've had them for a few years, and they do well. I generally only have an issue with battery life on the samsungs.
I'm considering getting a macbook or iMac desktop instead of a new windows pc, BUT that's a different thing altogether. As far as phones go, I'd say there's pretty close to equal, but samsung gives you more theme customisations. iPhones do have nicer cases though.

The new theme is quite lovely 🙂 You did a great job with it.

Those protest reminds of the protests that had happened with the South Korean presidential scandal. So many people showed up to it, so your photos reminded me of those.

I went from an Android to an Apple. I liked my Android phone, but I feel like the Apple platform is a lot better, though I still have a huge dislike for iTunes, and I find that the prices for an Apple laptop is just too exorbitant. But yay for your new phone! Do enjoy it. I love getting new tech gadgets. The novelty of it is always nice.
